The Management Board of Polish Airlines LOT decided to prolong the suspension of all flights between Warsaw and Beijing until 28 March 2020. The decision results from concerns for the safety of Passengers and members of the Crews of Polish Airlines LOT.
The safety of passengers and crew members of LOT Polish Airlines is our highest priority. In connection with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) announcements on the spread of the 2019-nCoV coronavirus, the Board of Directors of LOT Polish Airlines decided to extend the suspension of all flights between Warsaw and Beijing until February 29th of this year.
In reference to the World Health Organization (WHO) statement regarding the spreading of the 2019-nCoV coronavirus, following consultation with Poland’s Ministry of Health and staff operating at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Management Board of LOT Polish Airlines has decided to temporarily suspend flights to Beijing until February 9, 2020. This decision has been dictated by particular concern for full safety of our Passengers and LOT Crew members.

Warsaw, 16th January 2020 - On Wednesday (15th January) the LOT Polish Airlines' Dreamliner took off from Warsaw Chopin Airport for its inaugural flight to Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). The aircraft of the Polish carrier will cover the distance of approx. 7 thousand km in less than 9 hours.
Warsaw, 30th December 2019 - Starting 2nd June 2020, LOT Polish Airlines will launch a direct connection from the Polish capital to Washington D.C. It will be the 10th route of the Poland’s flagcarrier connecting Poland and the United States. Flights to the capital of the United States will be operated three times a week by Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
